About your pain relief and wellness doctor...
Loren C. Miller, DC, FACO, DACO
Educated to care
"I became a chiropractor because when I myself was going through unbelievable back pain, a chiropractor was the only doctor who was able to give lasting relief from my suffering. And he did it without prescribing pharmaceuticals or cutting into me. I also liked the fact that he took the time to communicate with me and to educate me about my back problem and about my overall health and wellness. Now that I too am a chiropractor, I emulate his compassionate approach."

Dr. Kevin Hendrickson
Living in Spokane nearly all of my life, I am proud to call it home. I grew up in North Spokane, graduated from Shadle Park High School, Eastern Washington University and later Western States Chiropractic College, in Portland, Oregon. In 1998, I was in car accident and it was at that time I first experienced chiropractic care. I was apprehensive at first, but as treatment progressed, I found that felt better than I had my entire life. I have seen such a tremendous difference with chiropractic in my life I have made it my life’s work to help others through this unique and natural form of health care.
As a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician specializing in family practice, I am committed to helping my patients achieve optimal health with gentle, safe, and effective care. The power of chiropractic is addressing problems at the source, rather than simply covering up symptoms. Chiropractic is the practice of removing spinal dysfunction that interferes with our body’s ability to work properly, also known as subluxations. My objective is to restore balance to the body in order to enable all of my patients to function at 100% of their God-given potential without the use of expensive and invasive drugs or surgery. What this means is that I focus on you and your family. Life can be broken down into four distinctive phases; infancy/childhood, young adulthood, middle age, and retirement. Chiropractic can enhance each of these phases so we function at our full potential.
Infancy and Childhood...is a point in our lives where little accidents can have lasting consequences. Even before birth, in the womb, a tremendous amount of stress is put on a child’s still forming spine. The stress is compounded during the birthing process, where even "normal birth" is an incredibly traumatic event. With the help of chiropractic newborns begin life with a solid foundation to sprout from. As one transitions from infancy through childhood chiropractic alleviates problems caused by the thousands of bumps, and falls that are a part of growing up. Chiropractic also helps to strengthen our immune system which is essential to preventative wellness.
Young Adulthood...also introduces many changes. Many experience aches and pains caused by pregnancy, giving birth, sports injuries, car accidents, and physical labor resulting in subluxations. Chiropractic can help restore the body to its optimal function allowing you to be at your healthiest and most active to more fully enjoy time with your family and friends.
Middle Age...is another critical point in our lives where changes occur. Physical changes and overexertion force us to listen to the aches and pains we may have ignored while we were younger. We now are helping our children leave home to start raising children of their own and begin working harder to spend quality time with our ever increasing family. Activities begin to take on a new importance and relevance. Regular chiropractic provides relief from everyday aches and pains to help keep us functioning at our optimal capacity.
Retirement...We have spent out lives up to this point eagerly anticipating retirement, and now remaining active is as important as ever. We continue to listen to our aches and pains and know now that we must do something to keep up with our grandchildren. Chiropractic can help to restore us, and provide energy and stamina to enjoy our retirement for years to come.
Chiropractic care can help you your live life to the fullest potential and I look forward to providing you and your family with the tools to live life to the fullest. Please contact me regarding these and any other questions at DrKevin@qlhc.com.
